Because we stand behind our craftsmanship, every piece is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. If your jewellery ever tarnishes, fades or shows a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it so you can continue wearing it for years to come.

Life happens. If a chain snaps or a stone comes loose, contact us with your order number and a photo. Within the first 6 months, we’ll repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.

For accidents and well-loved wear beyond that, we’re still happy to look at repair options or offer a discount on a replacement.
