Every design at Cate & Elizabeth Jewels is created by sisters Cate and Elizabeth. Each piece begins as an idea, is carefully crafted in our workshop, and is personally checked before it is sent to you.

Life happens. If a chain snaps or a stone comes loose, contact us with your order number and a photo. Within the first 6 months, we’ll repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.

For accidents and well-loved wear beyond that, we’re still happy to look at repair options or offer a discount on a replacement.
