1. Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order processing time:
1–3 business days
Orders placed after 5:00 PM UK time will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

3. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Example:
If processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 5 business days, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 7 business days.
4. Shipping Days
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM USA time on a business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
6. Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
Free Shipping: Available on all orders.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
